Direct shipments will not be accepted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

POV (personal owned vehicles) or company-owned vehicles can unload from the street during designated move-in times only.
Pricing Reminder Be sure to order by the discount deadline to ensure the discount pricing. All products ordered after the deadline will be priced at the regular rate.

Move-Out Note
All carriers must check in no later than 4:00PM on Thursday, September 24, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.
Provided Booth Equipment

Booth Information

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8'H Gray Draped backwall
  • 3'H Gray Draped sidewall
  • (1) 6' Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign
Show Colors

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall and all booth spaces will be carpeted in Gray.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Friday, August 14, 2026 and Friday, September 11, 2026.

You can print your advance shipment labels before sending freight to the advance warehouse.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

IMPORTANT:

NO DELIVERIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE HARD ROCK HOTEL AND CASINO.

All shipments from any carrier (NO EXCEPTIONS) will NOT be accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and must be shipped to the advance warehouse. Any direct to show site shipment(s) from these these carriers will be returned to sender or a re-route will be requested to have the shipment(s) unloaded at the advanced warehouse at the exhibitors' expense.
